1. SheenMicro Management Limited shall not be held responsible in the event that any domain-name is unavailable at time of registration. The NIC authorities serve on a first-come first-served basis, which we have to abide by.

2. Registrations with both Nominet UK (.co.uk) and InterNIC registrations (.com) will be completed upon receipt of payment.

3. If you are transferring a domain name to our network from the company with which you registered, you are responsible for the successful transfer of the name, unless we agree otherwise.

4. We make no guarantee with regard to server-uptime and network availability. Typically this should remain above 97% at all times, however as essential maintenance is a requirement, we cannot be held responsible if the actual uptime falls below this guide.

5. All Web Sites are backed up on a weekly basis, at 3am on every Wednesday of each week. We do this so that in the event of network failure we can restore web sites causing little or no loss to the client. However, we provide no guarantee that the restored web site will be the most recent.

6. CGI Scripts may be run in the CGI-BIN directory, at the risk of the client. We will provide technical support for the pre-written scripts available, however under no circumstances will support be provided for custom scripts.

7. In order to register a .ltd.uk domain, your Company name must mach EXACTLY the domain requested. The Company Registration Number is also required to complete the registration.

8. Standard registration period is 2 years, after this period a renewal fee will be charged.

9. SheenMicro Management Limited reserve the right to withdraw an account from any user at 3 months notice. In this unlikely event, a refund will be given.

10. SheenMicro Management Limited reserve the right to remove any publications/material from it's servers which by common public opinion is deemed to be obscene. We also reserve the right to alert the relevent authorities if applicable. In this unlikely event, a refund will not be given.
